There's not malaria, yellow fever, or other tropical disease in Mauritius. But it is better to stay up to date with your vaccinations. Particularly of hepatitis B, for which there's a vaccine but not an effective treatment. The disease, highly contagious and widespread in Mauritius, can be fatal.
There's also a vaccine for hepatitis A, prevention is better than cure!
