Attention, the network Bancomat doesn’t allow the withdrawal by Visa. Diner and American Express are accepted in most hotels and restaurants. Excluding gasoline and suites hotel, the cost of living, as well, is lower than that in France. "A quality equal" is of course subjective, but, for example, you’ll never eat mediocre in a restaurant, down to 15 euros.
